Speakeasy's terms and conditions 

Private lessons for adults, kids and teens are one-on-one lessons with the length of one lesson corresponding to 60 minutes. The actual length of one class can be agreed upon on an individual basis (usually 60, 75 or 90 minutes). Private lessons are held online or at my Lernloft Neuheim.

Company lessons are one-on-one or small group lessons with the length of one lesson corresponding to 60 minutes. The actual length of one class can be agreed upon on an individual basis (usually 60, 75 or 90 minutes). Company lessons are held online or directly at your workplace.

All students or their companies will receive an invoice. All lessons will be invoiced in advance. A minimum booking of 10 lessons is required. CHF 80 will be charged for 60 minutes. The invoiced amount is payable per bank transfer and is due within 10 days from the invoice date.

In case of emergency, illness, other appointments, workload or holidays lessons must be cancelled or switched to another date 24 hours (or earlier) ahead of the planned lesson. If not, a cancellation fee has to be paid by the student.

For online lessons digital versions of books will be used, for offline lessons the printed versions. Speakeasy also provides its students with copies, scans or reading material and collocates individually tailored exercises and homework for each student, who also gets access to a digital learning platform. An additional fee of 160 CHF for these personalized learning materials per 10 lesson block applies.
